IDEAL WORLD
A witty girl that I know once wrote on her blog that Karma is supposed to be a non-existent concept because all the good deeds supposedly sincerely done and all the bad things are pure mistakes, done unintentionally. Unfortunately, we live in a non-ideal world. Some people do good deeds for a reason and some intentionally hurt others.
Years by years, I learned that sincerity is an elusive concept in our world. It's not easy to find someone who just simply help you for the sake of helping. I guess. simply, there is no such thing as a free lunch. And sometime, when sincerity comes out, the world will find its way to test it.
Sometime, sincerity is misinterpreted. Some people mistakenly interpret your good intention. Some people have the courage and spirit to correct the miscommunication or misinterpretation. Some just give a god damn care. Other time, sincerity is considered is not enough. Some people always have the courage and spirit to add their sincerity. Some give a damn care.
I belonged to the latter for two reasons. First, sincerity is a concept that known only to yourselves. Why bother what other people think? Then, I think sincerity is the best medicine to our lives. People think what they want to think, people see what they want to see, people listen to what they want to listen. Why hurt ourselves with what other people think, when we know we can't control it. We can only control ourselves, can't we? For the very least, we can control our intention.
